DeMar DeRozan Racks Up 46 Points Versus Indiana
9 months agoChicago Bulls guard/forward DeMar DeRozan had a memorable night against Indiana on Wednesday. He produced one of the highest-scoring games of his career with a 46-point effort and helped the team to a 132-129 overtime victory. DeRozan's jump shot with 0.1 seconds remaining on the clock took the game past regulation, and the veteran star scored nine of Chicago's 15 points in the extra frame. He finished with 15-for-24 shooting from the field and made 15 of his 17 attempts at the free-throw line. DeRozan was only one rebound short of a double-double and collected three assists, two steals, and one block. The six-time All-Star has scored more points in a regular-season game just four times during his 15-year NBA career. Age hasn't yet fully caught up with DeRozan, as he's averaging 23.4 points, 4.3 rebounds, 5.3 assists, and 1.1 steals for the season.
