Chris Olave Not Playing In Week 15
12 months agoNew Orleans Saints wide receiver Chris Olave (ankle) tested his injured ankle in pre-game warmups on Sunday before the Week 15 contest against the New York Giants and the team didn't like what they saw, as he's been ruled out. There was "doubt" leading up to this game that Olave would play, so fantasy managers hopefully already had a backup plan in place. It's a big blow for fantasy managers and the Saints offense, as Olave has clearly been quarterback Derek Carr's top target in the passing game all year. With him out, Rashid Shaheed, who is returning from a two-game absence due to a thigh injury, and rookie A.T. Perry should operate as the team's top two receivers. Tight ends Juwan Johnson and Taysom Hill should also be more involved through the air, as will bell-cow back Alvin Kamara.
