12 months agoAccording to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, contract talks between the Warriors and guard Klay Thompson remain "dormant." Wojnarowski also added that extension discussions likely won't intensify until after the 2023-24 campaign. Thompson is eligible for a four-year, $220 million extension. But the 33-year-old has battled countless injuries over the years. Additionally, he's having a down season, averaging 15.7 points and shooting a career-low 36.1% from behind the arc. All things considered, it's hard to imagine Thompson playing for another team.
