Philadelphia 76ers forward Kelly Oubre Jr. (ribs) was able to participate in individual workouts on Tuesday. This is extremely impressive considering Oubre was hit by a car less than two weeks ago. Now, Oubre is back on the court and preparing to get back into NBA action. It sounds like the plan is for the Sixers to re-evaluate Oubre in a week. After that, Oubre might be ready to return to action, but we'll wait and see. Fantasy managers should continue to hang onto Oubre as it sounds like he could be nearing a return. In his absence, Nicolas Batum should continue seeing increased playing time, but he isn't much of a fantasy option.--Andy Webb
