Quentin Grimes Exits With Hand Injury
1 year agoNew York Knicks guard/forward Quentin Grimes suffered a bruised hand in Wednesday's matchup against Atlanta. He exited the game early in the fourth quarter after hurting his left hand in a battle with Atalanta's Bogdan Bogdanovic. Grimes had a solid night with 11 points in 29 minutes, hitting 3-for-8 from three-point range. His injury means the Knicks could be without two regular starters next time out, as R.J. Barrett (migraines) missed a second consecutive game on Wednesday. Josh Hart has stepped into the starting unit, and Immanuel Quickley and Donte DiVincenzo also have a larger role to play if Barrett can't return on Friday versus the Wizards and Grimes has to miss the game.
