Seth Jarvis Impresses With Three-Point Outing
1 year agoCarolina Hurricanes forward Seth Jarvis led the team's offense in Thursday's 7-4 loss to the Kraken, producing two goals and an assist with five shots on net. All three points came in the third period when Carolina attempted a comeback from a 4-1 deficit. Jarvis, who led all forwards on the team with 19:25 of ice time, bagged one of his goals with the man advantage and is now among the league leaders with three power-play goals. It's been an impressive start to the campaign from the 21-year-old with six points (four goals, two assists) in five games, and the Hurricanes will certainly need even more offense from him with Sebastian Aho (upper body) and Andrei Svechnikov (knee) out of the lineup.
