1 year agoBrooklyn Nets guard Dennis Smith Jr. (ankle) suffered an injury during Thursday's exhibition game against Maccabi. The 24-year-old injured his left ankle and was unable to return to this contest. However, the Nets likely held him out of the rest of the game as a precaution. Luckily, the X-rays came back negative, so it sounds like Smith is dealing with a minor injury. The Nets will still have Smith undergo an MRI on Friday, so fantasy managers will have to check back after that.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
