Michael Pittman Jr. Held To Just One Catch In Week 4
1 year agoIndianapolis Colts wide receiver Michael Pittman Jr. had his least productive performance of the 2023 season, reeling in only one of his five targets for 15 yards in Sunday's 29-23 overtime loss to the Los Angeles Rams. Pittman Jr. remains the most targeted Colts receiver through four weeks, but the Colts passing offense was held to only 200 total yards and 11 completions, which came across seven total different pass-catchers. While his target share is still encouraging from a fantasy perspective, the Colts' passing offense under rookie quarterback Anthony Richardson will continue to have a fairly low volume, making it increasingly difficult for him to have WR1 upside moving forward. That being said, he'll face a Tennessee Titans secondary in Week 5 that's allowed the fifth most receiving yards per game throughout the league, and Pittman Jr. can be included in lineups as a WR2 for Week 5.
