Marcus Stroman To Make Final Regular Season Start Thursday

Chicago Cubs right-hander Marcus Stroman is set to make his final regular season start this Thursday against the Atlanta Braves. Stroman returned from the injured list on Sept. 15, but he's been used out of the bullpen in two of his three appearances since then, allowing four runs (three earned) on seven hits while walking two and striking out six for the Cubbies. In his start on Saturday against the Colorado Rockies, he allowed three earned runs in just three innings pitched for a no-decision. The 32-year-old is getting built back up for a potential playoff run, but fantasy managers still playing for a championship in the season's final week should look for better options than Stroman against the first-place Braves.
