Emanuel Wilson Rushes For 111 Yards, Scores Twice

Green Bay Packers running back Emanuel Wilson took six carries for 111 yards and scored two touchdowns during the team's 36-19 preseason victory over the Cincinnati Bengals. Five different running backs got the chance to touch the ball for the Packers in their preseason opener, but the undrafted rookie was the one to make the most of his touches. The most impressive was his 80-yard scamper to the end zone late in the game, where he made a defender miss and took it to the house. Wilson signed with the Broncos after going undrafted but was released just three days later. With an extremely shallow depth chart behind starters Aaron Jones and AJ Dillon, the 24-year-old has a shot at making the team as a depth option if he continues to show off explosiveness like this. We will see if Wilson finds his way onto the field more next week against the New England Patriots.
