Myles Gaskin Leads Dolphins In Rushing Yards During Preseason Opener
1 year agoMiami Dolphins running back Myles Gaskin was efficient during Friday's preseason opener against the Atlanta Falcons, rushing seven times for 57 yards. He also impressed in the passing attack, catching two passes for an additional 20 yards through the air. Just two years removed from being Miami's starting running back, Gaskin finds himself competing for a roster spot in a crowded backfield that also features Raheem Mostert, Jeff Wilson Jr., Devon Achane, and Salvon Ahmed. If Gaskin can turn in strong performances throughout the rest of the preseason, he might convince the coaching spot that he deserves a spot on the 53-man roster. However, it's hard to envision a scenario in which he generates much fantasy relevance this year.
