Brandon Marsh Exits Early With Bruised Knee
1 year agoPhiladelphia Phillies outfielder Brandon Marsh (knee) exited Saturday's win over the Kansas City Royals with a bruised left knee. He went 1-for-2 before being removed in the top of the fifth inning on Saturday. The 25-year-old will undergo further testing, which will determine if Marsh is going to miss additional time. He is slashing .284/..369/.463 with eight home runs, 44 RBI, 41 runs, and six stolen bases over 101 games in 2023. Marsh is considered day-to-day. Johan Rojas replaced Marsh in Saturday's game. Rojas would see an uptick in playing time if Marsh were to miss any additional games.
