Brandon Lowe Stays Hot, Hits Two-Run Homer
1 year agoTampa Bay Rays second baseman Brandon Lowe continued his strong July at the plate in Monday's 5-1 win over the Yankees. Lowe went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run and a strikeout. The first-inning blast was his 14th of the season. While his season numbers are still unimpressive, the 29-year-old has batted .284 with five HR, 13 RBI, and two stolen bases in July. Lowe's power potential is elite, so he could provide a boost for fantasy managers down the stretch if he can continue to turn things around.
