Rowdy Tellez To Get Stitches Removed On Tuesday
1 year agoMilwaukee Brewers first baseman Rowdy Tellez (finger) is set to have his stitches removed from his fractured finger on Tuesday. The 28-year-old is expected to resume swinging the bat as early as Wednesday. Tellez has been out since July 5 due to inflammation in his forearm and the fractured ring finger. The expectation is that he's going to need a minor league rehab assignment before rejoining the Brewers. That being said, Tellez probably won't be back until early August.
