1 year agoFree-agent linebackers Nick Vigil and Sam Eguavoen have gone through workouts with the New York Giants. The team already has Bobby Okereke locked into a starting role, but they have a hole next to him. That being said, the Giants decided to add some veterans to help boost their depth at the position. Vigil only played in four games last season with the Arizona Cardinals. Outside of that, he has been a reliable option for multiple teams. Eguavoen has mainly been a depth option over the last four seasons with the Miami Dolphins. Vigil seems like the more reliable player between the two, but we'll see what happens in training camp.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
