The severity of Buxton's injury is unclear, and he is considered day-to-day. Willi Castro replaced Buxton in Saturday's game. The 29-year-old has struggled this season, slashing .207/.305/.442 with 13 home runs, 27 RBI, and 35 runs across 60 games. Buxton recently returned from the injured list after missing some time in June due to a rib contusion.
