Jalin Hyatt Working With Third-Team Offense
1 year agoNew York Giants wide receiver Jalin Hyatt has been working with the third-team offense during offseason practices, according to Dan Duggan. That being said, it appears Hyatt has an uphill battle for playing time in New York. The Giants selected Hyatt in the third-round during this year's draft. The assumption is that they believe the 21-year-old can be a legitimate contributor. The problem is, the Giants have a crowded wide receiver room and Hyatt is unlikely going to have a big role to begin the season. Possibly, the team uses him as a deep threat, but his snap count will probably be fairly low. He could be worth a stash in certain formats, but we'll wait and see what he does during training camp and the preseason.
