2 years agoIt's a tall task to beat one of the best to ever enter The Octagon, but Irene Aldana has a pathway to pull off the upset. Aldana will need to replicate what the fighter she's replacing did to beat Nunes. If Aldana can use her boxing skills to batter Nunes, there's a chance she can win. Aldana will also need to prevent any takedown attempts by Nunes because the champion has an advantage on the ground. Aldana won't have the size advantage she usually holds over opponents but her punching power will be paramount if she wants to leave with the belt.--Rob Rose
