Royce Lewis Removed From Sunday's Game
1 year agoMinnesota Twins shortstop Royce Lewis was removed early during Sunday's game against the Cleveland Guardians. The 23-year-old was taken out of the game after getting into a collision while covering first base. Manager Rocco Baldelli said Lewis did not sustain a concussion or any acute concerns. It sounds like Lewis is dealing with a day-to-day issue that might sideline him for a few games. However, it seems unlikely that he'll require a stint on the injured list.
