2 years agoMiami Heat forward Haywood Highsmith was thrust into a much bigger role in Game 5 as Gabe Vincent (ankle) had to sit out with a sprained ankle. In his 36 minutes off of the bench, Highsmith finished with 15 points, two rebounds, one assist, and two steals while shooting 6-for-9 from the floor and 3-for-4 from three. The 26-year-old has been thrown into some big games whenever the team needs either a spark or a fill-in due to injuries. Normally, he responds well with timely buckets and above-average defense.
