Aaron Loup Activated From The Injured List
1 year agoLos Angeles Angels reliever Aaron Loup (hamstring) has been activated from the 15-day injured list. This was the final roster move the Angels made in an attempt to shore up their bullpen. They optioned three arms to Triple-A and selected the contracts of two others so Loup's activation evens things out. The 35-year-old lefty has been out since early May with a hamstring strain and struggled mightily before hitting the shelf. He owns a rough 7.00 ERA, 2.11 WHIP, and 8:5 K/BB ratio over nine innings (11 appearances) on the season. He can be left on the waiver wire.
