Wade Miley To Miss Significant Time
2 years agoMilwaukee Brewers starting pitcher Wade Miley (lat) is expected to miss significant time after suffering an injury on Tuesday. The left-hander has been diagnosed with a posterior serratus strain and is expected to miss 6-8 weeks, according to manager Craig Counsell. It's a shame because the 36-year-old was having a fairly decent season. Before going down, Miley was posting 3.67 ERA, 1.13 WHIP and 24/9 K/BB ratio over eight starts. Adrian Houser has been filling in the rotation and is expected to remain there with Miley sidelined.
