Freddie Freeman Belts 300th Career Homer
2 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers first baseman Freddie Freeman hit his 300th career home run on Thursday in a 16-8 loss to the St. Louis Cardinals. Freeman did it in style, too, mashing a grand slam to hit the milestone. He ended up going 2-for-5 with a homer, a triple, a run, and four RBI. He's having another stellar season, which is to be expected from the stalwart. He is slashing .313/.382/.536 with eight homers, 36 runs, 27 RBI, and six stolen bases. The lefty has an outside shot at a 20/20 season with 200+ combined runs/RBI and a .300+ AVG. With the increased steals, he has become one of the best five-category fantasy contributors.
