James Wood Swats Fifth Homer

Washington Nationals outfield prospect James Wood hit his fifth home run of the season for High-A Wilmington. The IMG Academy product was all-around incredible in Wilmington's 6-5 win, going 3-for-3 with a home run, double, two walks, three runs, and two RBI. Through 31 games this season, he is slashing .282/.366/.564 with five home runs, 20 runs, 26 RBI, and five stolen bases. The 6'6" Wood is regarded universally as a top-10 prospect because of the incredible raw power his frame generates. The 20-year-old is not close to the majors, but as one of the best prospects in baseball, he is a must-roster in any dynasty league.
