2 years agoThe Athletic's James Fegan expects Chicago White Sox third baseman Yoan Moncada (back) to return from the injured list on Friday. Moncada has been out since mid-April with a back injury, but he should resume starting duties at the hot corner for the White Sox once he's back this weekend. The Pale Hose should also get third baseman Jake Burger (oblique) back from the 10-day injured list later this weekend. Hanser Alberto has been seeing most of the playing time at third with both Moncada and Burger on the shelf. The 27-year-old Moncada can't seem to stay healthy, but his fantasy managers will be hoping he can pick up where he left off before his injury. The Cuban slugger was hitting .308 (12-for-39) with four doubles, two home runs and five RBI in just nine games.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
