Henry Davis Hits Two Home Runs

Pittsburgh Pirates catching prospect Henry Davis hit his seventh and eighth home runs of the season in a game for Double-A Altoona. He is slashing .316/.464/.711 with eight home runs, 14 runs, 17 RBI, and five stolen bases through 21 games. He's made strides in plate discipline, with a 16.5% walk rate this season. The 2021 first-round pick still has a year or so before a possible major league debut, and the presence of the higher-ranked Endy Rodriguez only pushes him down the catching ladder. He has impressive power for a catcher, but he's currently only worth tracking in dynasty leagues.
