Kyle Manzardo Stays Hot, Homers Twice Saturday
2 years agoTampa Bay Rays first base prospect Kyle Manzardo went 3-for-4 with two home runs and a walk for Triple-A Durham on Saturday. He blasted two solo homers on Saturday, including a mammoth 455-foot shot, bringing his total to five home runs in 16 games. The 22-year-old is slashing .304/.385/.643 with five home runs, 11 RBI, 11 runs, and seven walks across 16 games in 2023. Manzardo is the Rays' No. 4 prospect and might mash his way onto the big league roster this season. However, trusting the Rays when projecting regular playing time for prospects is tough. Manzardo is a must-have in dynasty leagues and can be stashed in deep-league formats in 2023 if given a promotion to the big leagues.
