2 years agoColorado Rockies third baseman Kris Bryant has been taken out early during Saturday's game against the Philadelphia Phillies. He didn't appear to suffer an injury, so it's uncertain why the team decided to take him out of the game. The Rockies elected to have Elehuris Montero bat for Bryant in the third inning. Possibly, Bryant is dealing with a personal issue or suffered an injury during the game. There should be another update on his status later in the day.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
