Adam Duvall Has Broken Wrist
2 years agoBoston Red Sox outfielder Adam Duvall (wrist) underwent X-rays on Monday after suffering an injury during Sunday's contest. The testing revealed that Duvall has a broken wrist, which means he'll be out for the foreseeable future. The organization is uncertain if Duvall is going to need surgery on his wrist. That being said, his timetable to return is unclear right now. Raimel Tapia took over for Duvall in the outfield during Sunday's game. He'll likely see increased playing time with Duvall on the shelf. Also, the Red Sox recalled infielder Bobby Dalbec to add some extra depth to their roster. Dalbec was once a highly-regarded prospect, but hasn't done enough to earn himself an everyday spot yet.
