2 years agoColorado Rockies relief pitcher Pierce Johnson has done a solid job filling in for Daniel Bard (personal) who is currently on the injured list. Johnson was called upon to hold a one-run lead against the Washington Nationals on Sunday. The right-hander allowed one walk, but was able to shut the door and record his third save of the season. It appears the Rockies are going to continue riding with Johnson at closer until Bard returns. That being said, Johnson should be rostered in all fantasy formats where saves matter.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
