Chase Briscoe A Real Wildcard At Bristol
2 years agoChase Briscoe came so close to winning the Food City Dirt Race last year. The Stewart-Haas Racing driver tried to pass Tyler Reddick on the final lap and did not have enough forward speed. The result was Briscoe spinning in tandem with Reddick. Despite leading 59 laps, that dropped the Ford driver all the way to 22nd. Most forgot that Briscoe won the second stage. His car was fast throughout the second half of the 250-lap race. Briscoe starts Bristol from the 14th position on Sunday and should be able to get to the front as the laps tick down.
