Drey Jameson May Enter The Rotation
2 years agoArizona Diamondbacks relief pitcher Drey Jameson may enter the starting rotation. Zach Davies (oblique) exited Saturday's win over the Los Angeles Dodgers because of an oblique strain. Manager Torey Lovullo provided an update on Davies, indicating the righty could miss "weeks." While the skipper declined to specify who would take Davies' spot in the rotation, he didn't rule out Jameson getting some starts. The 25-year-old has played well in 2023, amassing a 2-0 record and a 2.16 ERA in 8 1/3 innings. Fantasy managers in deep formats may consider stashing Jameson, especially since he'll be an enticing option if his role changes.
