Kevin Harvick Winds Up Fifth At Richmond On Sunday
2 years agoKevin Harvick and a top-10 finish at Richmond is not a surprise. He ended up fifth and led a small Ford contingent of three cars in the top seven (Michael McDowell in sixth and Joey Logano in seventh). In the early portion of the race, it was the Stewart-Haas car that held the fort for Ford. Harvick wound up fourth behind three Chevy cars. The No. 4 car ended up still in the top 10 after Stage 2. It was the old adage where the Ford was fast enough, but never could get to the front. Still, Harvick picked up his third top-five finish of the season, and he is also in the top five in season points (36 behind Alex Bowman).
