2 years agoFree-agent wide receiver Steven Sims agreed to a deal with the Texans on Friday. The 25-year-old, who played with the Steelers last season, has appeared in 40 games during his career, pulling in 75 catches for 679 yards. He also has five career touchdowns, although he's had just one trip to the end zone in the previous three seasons. There's a chance Sims could move up the depth chart.
