2 years agoMiami Dolphins running back Jeff Wilson Jr. is set to re-sign with the Miami Dolphins on a two-year, $8.2 million deal. The team also re-signed Raheem Mostert earlier on Tuesday, so they will continue to form a committee backfield for head coach Mike McDaniel. Wilson was traded to the Dolphins from San Francisco at last year's trade deadline for a 2023 fifth-round pick and totaled 392 rushing yards and three rushing touchdowns on 84 attempts. He also caught 12 passes for 94 yards and a receiving touchdown. Both Wilson and Mostert will have low-end RB2 outlooks.
