2 years agoWith the collaboration between Wood Brothers Racing and Team Penske, Harrison Burton has had an opportunity to learn from one of the best when it comes to adapting to change in the NASCAR Cup Series. "I watch him (Joey Logano) pretty closely to see how he prepares for these things," Burton said, as this has allowed him to be more comfortable in uncomfortable situations. Burton was eighth in one-lap speed during practice on Friday. His five-lap and 10-lap speeds were still in the top 15, and he will look to build on that long-run speed at Phoenix Raceway. Burton will start this race from the 27th position and is looking to improve on his average finish of 24th place.--Eric DeWilde
