2 years agoMinnesota Timberwolves center Karl-Anthony Towns (calf) remains out and has no timetable to return. Head coach Chris Finch relayed Towns has entered the "final stages" of his recovery and is doing some basketball activities, but there is not timeline for Towns to return to game action. Towns has not played since suffering a calf strain on November 28th and this is the first update we have gotten in weeks. Still, it sounds like Towns remains out for the foreseeable future until we get another update on his rehab. Kyle Anderson should continue to start while Naz Reid sees some extra run off the bench.--Dale Johnson
