Colt McCoy Will Be Limited This Offseason
2 years agoAccording to owner Michael Bidwill, Arizona Cardinals quarterback Colt McCoy (undisclosed) will be limited during the offseason. The 36-year-old started a few games last season after Kyler Murray (knee) went down with a torn ACL. However, McCoy suffered a concussion, forcing him to miss the remainder of the 2022-23 campaign. It's unknown exactly what is ailing the signal-caller. But with Murray not expected to be ready for the start of the 2023 season, McCoy would presumably take over until he returns. David Blough and Trace McSorley, who both started last season, are free agents, meaning the team may need to look outside for a starting quarterback if McSorley remains limited heading into training camp.
