2 years agoKansas City Chiefs wide receiver Mecole Hardman (groin) underwent successful surgery and is expected to miss eight weeks. The 24-year-old finished the season on the injured reserve due to a core muscle problem. That injury kept Hardman sidelined from Week 10 to the AFC Championship. The speedy wideout is set to be a free agent and could draw legitimate interest this offseason. He finished with 25 receptions, 297 yards, and four touchdowns in eight games. The tools are all there for Hardman to be a successful wide receiver, but he needs to stay healthy. The expectation is that he'll be ready for OTAs and should have no issues finding another organization, assuming he leaves Kansas City. His fantasy value will be dependent on his health and where he ends up this offseason.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
