Daniel Jones Hiring New Representation
2 years agoNew York Giants quarterback Daniel Jones plans to hire new representation, reportedly dropping CAA in favor of Athletes First. The signal-caller, who had his fifth-year option declined by the Giants last offseason, finished the season with 3,205 passing yards, 15 touchdowns, and five picks. He also had a career-high 708 rushing yards off 120 attempts while finding the end zone seven times using his legs. Although Jones is still in line for a significant pay raise, the negotiation process may now be more complicated than initially expected. Of course, New York can utilize the franchise tag, which would pay him over $32 million.
