Adam Duvall In Agreement With Red Sox
2 years agoPer a tweet from the Miami Herald's Craig Mish on Wednesday, free-agent outfielder Adam Duvall is reportedly in agreement with the Boston Red Sox on a one-year deal worth $7 million. Performance bonuses could get the deal up to $10 million. Duvall hit .213 with a .276 on-base percentage in 315 plate appearances for Atlanta last season, adding 12 home runs in the process. Capable of playing all three outfield spots, he'll give the Red Sox another option in the grass at Fenway Park. Boston's current outfield options on the team's 40-man roster include Enrique Hernandez, Masataka Yoshida, Alex Verdugo, Rob Refsnyder, Jarren Duran and Wilyer Abreu.
