2 years agoDetroit Pistons center Isaiah Stewart (shoulder) has been ruled out Tuesday against the Philadelphia 76ers. Stewart was not listed on the injury report, but was ruled out before tip-off with shoulder soreness. With Jalen Duren (back) and Marvin Bagley III (hand) also out, Nerlens Noel will get the spot start and most likely see hefty minutes. Noel would be a good option for defensive stats, assuming he gets enough minutes Tuesday.--Dale Johnson
