Mike Gesicki Leads Dolphins Pass-Catchers Sunday
2 years agoMiami Dolphins tight end Mike Gesicki turned six targets into four catches for 46 yards during Sunday's win over the New York Jets. He led all Miami pass-catchers in targets and receiving yards. Gesicki was held without a catch from Weeks 12 to 14, so it has been refreshing to see him get more involved in the offense. In fact, the 27-year-old now has six catches, 64 yards, one touchdown, and 18.4 fantasy points over his last two games. He seems to have benefited from the Dolphins playing their backup quarterbacks. If Tua Tagovailoa (concussion) remains sidelined next week, Gesicki could have some DFS appeal while catching passes from Thompson or Teddy Bridgewater (finger).
