2 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles kicker Jake Elliott will take on the division rival New York Giants in Week 18. The 27-year-old has been extremely hit or miss for fantasy managers over the past six weeks and has not been nearly as busy the past two games with backup quarterback Gardner Minshew under center. However, with the Eagles slated to get starter Jalen Hurts (shoulder) back this week, Elliott has a much higher fantasy ceiling. Because he has been so hit or miss this year, the veteran kicker should be considered a boom-or-bust streaming option. However, with Philadelphia in a must-win game against a Giants team that is likely to rest their starters for the majority of the game, he could have a top-five fantasy finish.--Ryan Larrison - RotoBaller
