2 years agoMiami Dolphins kicker Jason Sanders is a borderline top-12 option heading into Week 17 versus the New England Patriots. On one hand, Sanders has demonstrated impressive accuracy as of late, going 11-for-11 on extra points and 9-for-10 on field goals over his last five games. On the other hand, though, the Dolphins' offense is no longer a guarantee to score a boatload of points now that Tua Tagovailoa (concussion) has officially been ruled out. Also, keep in mind that winds are expected to blow between 10 and 15 mph for the majority of this game. Sanders is certainly worth starting if there are no better options, but fantasy managers would be wise to at least peruse the waiver wire before officially penciling Miami's kicker into their Week 17 lineups.--Andersen Pickard - RotoBaller
