2 years agoAtlanta Falcons quarterback Desmond Ridder has 218 passing yards in the team's 17-9 Week 16 loss to the Baltimore Ravens. The former Cincinnati Bearcat had his second career start on Saturday against Baltimore. While he didn't have a touchdown for the second consecutive game, the rookie quarterback played well. He completed 66.7% of his pass attempts, compared to 50% last week. Furthermore, he averaged 6.6 yards per attempt compared to 3.7 a week ago. With only one week left in the fantasy season, Ridder doesn't have much value. However, the rookie quarterback has an appealing matchup next week against the Arizona Cardinals, making him a low-end QB2.--Mike Fanelli
