2 years agoNew Orleans Pelicans power forward Zion Williamson (health and safety protocols) has been ruled out for Friday's contest against the Thunder, marking his second straight absence. Naji Marshall stepped into the starting five Thursday but saw around his traditional workload, not moving the needle on his DFS upside. CJ McCollum reaped the offensive benefits of Williamson (and Brandon Ingram) being sidelined, dropping a season-high 40 points. Williamson has returned to All-Star form this season, averaging 25.2 PPG all while shooting 60.2 percent overall. His next chance to return to action comes Monday vs. Indiana.--Jesse Borek
