George Kittle Gains 28 Yards In Week 14 Win
2 years agoSan Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle caught four of five targeted passes for 28 yards in the Niners' 35-7 stomping of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 14. The long-haired 29-year-old made some key blocks, even lining up in the backfield sometimes, but it's too bad for fantasy managers that they don't get points for that. He hasn't had as much of a role in the pass-catching game lately, being held to between 22 yards and 28 yards in each of the past three games. With the 49ers' skill position stars hitting on all cylinders now, there is just less leftover for the tight end. Still, Kittle has been consistently earning multiple targets and gaining double-digit yardage every game, while hitting the top five in his best games, which is more than can be said of most fantasy TEs.
