Miles Sanders Salvages Poor Performance With Late Touchdown
2 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles running back Miles Sanders carried the ball 10 times for 24 yards and a touchdown, adding two receptions for 14 yards, during the team's 35-10 victory over the Tennessee Titans. Fantasy managers needed to manage expectations for the 25-year-old heading into the contest with how good Tennessee had been against the run. However, Sanders was able to help salvage his poor performance with a three-yard touchdown that he scored early in the fourth quarter. Brighter days are ahead for the fourth-year back, who is currently having the best season of his career. Next week's matchup against the New York Giants is much more favorable. Sanders should be considered a solid RB2 in Week 14.
