Jarvis Landry Will Return In Week 10
2 years agoNew Orleans Saints wide receiver Jarvis Landry (ankle) was limited in practice all week and was removed from the final injury report on Friday, meaning he will play in Week 10 against the Pittsburgh Steelers. It will be Landry's first game since Week 4, but the fact that he still didn't practice in full this week suggests that the Saints could cap his snaps in his return after a long layoff. The 29-year-old veteran slot man mostly works out of the slot, so his return will be bad news for Tre'Quan Smith, who had been seeing an elevated role in the offense with Landry out since Week 4. Rookie first-rounder Chris Olave should continue to be quarterback Andy Dalton's top target through the air. Landry deserves to be stashed in deeper PPR leagues, but he'll be nothing more than a shaky WR4/flex in his first game back in Week 10.
